This app is superb. Way more powerful than iMovie and reel director. The second video track and keyframes for audio make it a great editor. Improvements for the future could include better control of font and position for titling and the ability to extract or separate audio on the timeline rather than in the clip pool…

I love this app – Its very stable. Warning has a lot of powerful hidden features so don’t expect to master this one without first reading the manuals. Very powerful sound editor with some excellent and powerful video editing features, not as simple as iMovie but is designed for reporters and journalists and adapted for video enthusiasts so it adds another pre processing tool to your kit Ive just started to use this and very impressed with many of the hidden features. You really need to read the manual to get the most out of this package. Its a pity that iMovie doesnt have the sound editing features that this program has. The app has the ability to edit clips without loosing quality but in doing this the program has to import your existing clips and audio- having said this it does do this in the background but annoyingly you end up with duplicated video and audio clips. You cannot use your music and videos unless you have imported them first. I’m still giving this a 5 star ( up from 3) as there is nothing that really compares to this professional editing suite. Well worth purchasing to support this powerful product.)

By far the best editor out there! I’m a videographer by trade and was looking for the best COMPLETE mobile video production setup… and 1stVideo provides the most advanced audio/video editing capabilities. This is the only editor that will allow one to put video tracks OVER other videos audio (basically “B-role” capable without missing the audio from another clip).I think very highly of this app… but seriously, UPDATE to enable transitions and titles! I have to give your competitors business because that have those much needed tools. Even with it’s short comings, I still give it 5 stars because of it many strengths. The only real app for serious videographers

Excellent update. I think this app is best in class for both video and audio editing. For a future update, perhaps we could get transitions, such as fades. Keep up the great work.****I own all of the major video editing apps in the App Store and I must say that 1stVideo is my favorite. Although it lacks some of the bells and whistles of ReelDirector, such as titles and transitions, I find 1stVideo to be much more powerful in its video and audio editing capabilities. The ability to store videos, pictures, and audio sound clips within the app allows for some unique customization that is lacking in the other video editors. Moreover, 1stVideo is really several apps in one, including a powerful stand-alone audio editor and a nice app for making picture slide shows with voice-overs. I really hope that VeriCorder continues to develop this app. This could really be a Final Cut replacement for the iPhone. … Thanks again for 1stVideo.
